1.  Find at least one California statute on dilatory tactics (delaying tactics or tactics designed to frustrate settlement).  Print it out.

2.  Find a case that cites that statute. Print it out and read it.  Summarize the case IN WRITING.

3. Find a secondary source citing the case or statute.  Print it out.
